Returns

We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you believe that your order was delivered with a defect from our manufacturing or shipping process, you may initiate a return within 10 days after receiving the product.

Please include clear pictures or videos of the issue, along with a detailed description explaining why you would like to return the product. Refunds 
After we receive and examine your returned item, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If it has been approved, we will begin processing your refund and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card.

Late or missing refunds

To inquire about a refund status, we kindly suggest that you first verify your bank account for any transactions related to the purchase. In case the refund has been processed, it may take a few days before it reflects in your account. We also advise that you reach out to your credit card company to ensure that there are no issues on their end.

Sale items 
We can only offer refunds on regular priced items, as sale items are non-refundable. If the item was not designated as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at a later date, we will issue the refund to the original payment method and the gift-giver will be notified of the return.

Shipping
As the buyer, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. The amount of time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
