Our lengthy shipping times are due to the fact we ship worldwide (except temporarily not to Canada) and to do so, we must hold our inventory in international warehouses in order to lower the costs for us and for you. Keep in mind that not all tracking numbers update right away! This is the carriers fault, not ours.
We do our best to monitor and make sure you are 100% aware of what is going on at all times with your package.
