Shipping times vary depending on stocking. Please check individual lighter descriptions for accurate shipping times.

Order shipped via USPS (U.S. buyers) should allow between 3-7 business days for orders to arrive. International orders may take up to 30 days. It could potentially take longer than that. If more than 25 days have passed, email us at Qizen.co@gmail.com to review the status of your order.

Our lengthy shipping times are due to the fact we ship worldwide (except temporarily not to Canada) and to do so, we must hold our inventory in international warehouses in order to lower the costs for us and for you.

We do our best to monitor and make sure you are 100% aware of what is going on at all times with your package.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ORDERS BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds and exchanges will be handled through email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
